Ok you juice makin' guys n gals. I got all my labware (even a magnetic stirrer and magnets for beakers)) I bought

Vegetable Glycerin USP - 500ml VG-500ML 1
Acetyl Pyrazine 5% PG Flavor Concentrate by TFA (0.27oz) FL008-TFA-ACETYLPYR-8ML 1
Ethyl Maltol 10% PG Solution Flavor Concentrate by TFA (0.27oz) FL008-TFA-ETHYL-MALTL-PG-SOL-8ML 1
Honey Flavor Concentrate by TFA (0.27oz) FL008-TFA-HONEY-8ML 2

Any way my adv after boba's bounty started becoming weak is Alien visions flue cured mixed with their bees knees honey. Then gorilla juice and not much else. I like tobacco vapes as does the wife. So if any of you can give me a starting point for percentages of the flavors above I would certainly be beholding to ya. I tried the whole line of house juice at two B&M stores but didn't care for any of them. Don't like custards or Koolada infused fruits Just kick ... tobacco and honey. Just a ball park idea. the stuff above is from wizard labs and bottles from specialty bottle to store stuff in. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. Great thread keep it up folks.

The ry4 double is good anywhere from 6-10% and possibly even higher,but 10% is the highest i have used it.Alot of people use that one at around 10% with a drop or 2 of Acetyl Pyrazine per i think like 10ml,some say it tastes like halo tribecca like that.If your into Boba's,do a search in the diy section,there is a clone recipe for it that alot of people say tastes exactly like it,you will need a few additional flavors for that,but definitely worth a try.I plan to make it soon,but i still have around 50ml of Boba's left,so i have a little time before i need to experiment with that one.Like mentioned above,when using banana ripe,make sure you use a glass tank,as it will ruin a plastic tank.By the way,good choice on getting a magnetic stirrer,i recentlygot one,and it makes it alot easier to get a thorough mix without having to shake until your arms hurt haha.

Sweetener and Cotton Candy are NOT necessarily interchangeable in all mixes. They do have different flavorings and are used in different ways. I would NOT substitute Sweetener for Cotton Candy in my CD. That's 10% Cotton Candy. Obviously, I'm using the CC for flavor, as well as sweetener. Would be totally different at 10% sweetener, and probably not very good. I don't believe I've ever used sweetener north of 5-6% on anything. Good luck!

Thanks Bill ... I went ahead and orderd cotton candy regular . And of coarse a couple more things fyi : your starburst is very good with circus cotton candy ... That's what I have been making with by accident . I don't know what your original taste like with your cotton candy that you use but will make some up to see the taste difference

Bill I took your advice on the orange. I dropped the orange percentage and upped the bc and EM. It really helped. You mentioned adding vanilla. Did you mean vanilla swirl or a different one? I'm putting a list together to order.

I use them all, but most prominently the vanilla swirl and vanilla bean ice cream the most. I would say you need both of those. Many also like the vanilla cream. I prefer the Bavarian and sweet cream, though, more than the others. Good luck!

I'm after a grassy/hay tobacco. I've tried a few tobacco flavors but its the Hangsen tobaccos(Desert Ship and Highway) at 7% are mighty good along with the FA 7Leaves but have to mix it at 10%+ to get a nice grassy taste. My wife is a cotton candy vaper so I'm finding even at 3% my mixes are turning into syrup within a week of steeping.
I have a jug of Acetyl Pyrazine in the mail and looking forward to see if it becomes a asset to my ADV journey.

I use tobacco absolute in my menthol tobacco. I've tried making a straight tobacco flavor with it but didn't like the taste. However it might be worth trying.

I have been working on a peanut butter and banana.. well I tried the ripe .. no go .. I didn't have banana cream so I used banana fosters.. well .. I kinda made a Nutella .. its missing the coco but this is really good I now have banana cream and this weekend with do some drip test to get my peanut butter banana mix I am shooting for thought I would share.. adjust to taste but it gives you an idea

Peanut Butter 8%
B Fosters 5%
Graham 3%
pie crust 4%
Hazel Nut 4%
whipped cream 3%
sweetener 3%

mixed 60vg/30pg with 6% nicotine

Ill keep this in rotation

I would order the cotton candy and wait, personally. In some recipes, there is no substitution for some flavors. Good luck!

"What is the basic characteristic of Bavarian cream as opposed to other creams like sweet cream and whipped cream? It's out of stock at both the suppliers I usually use in the UK and unfortunately most of the recipes I have found (and which I thought I would enjoy) include Bavarian cream. Probably that is why it is out of stock! Anyway, is there a way it could be substituted?"

I understand your frustration. You can substitute sweet cream for Bavarian cream, but it is a different flavoring, though, that's what I would use, while I ordered from TFA and waited....anxiously...

I might add some butter to it or something to give it a little more flavoring. I use sweet cream and sweetener a lot when I'm trying to get the inside of a twinky or canole type flavoring. Bavarian cream is richer with more egg and butter to me, and just as useful when I want a more flavorful cream. I generally use it with cotton candy and go for a more pastry type flavoring. They are different though, and I use them differently. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Just my own ... To me, the *smell* of TFA's DX Bavarian and TFA's Vanilla Swirl is almost identical... very little diff; the bavarian might be just smidge richer.

Yes, I've heard you mention this before. I personally think they taste very different, but they are very complementary flavorings. As far as smell, I couldn't say, but not very close for me. But taste, and smell, is subjective. I believe juices benefit from both creams and vanillas and sweeteners, all together, but not as substitutes for one another, generally speaking,. But, whatever works, works. Two cents...

Been thinking of using either stevia or sweetener as a substitute of cotton candy and mix with 2 different type of fruits flavour..

Sure, worth a try. Why not?

Generally, if you are starting with a pretty good recipe, make it first. Then, using the 100DT method, make adjustments to it to suit your preferences and goals. In that way, you'll know if you have a winner, or a dog. Easy to make a 100 drop test. Taste. Make another. Taste. Compare. Repeat. Give it a go!
