Oh well, I just got another 240ml of 100mg nic from Vaperstek yesterday sitting in the fridge, another liter each of PG and VG from Essential Depot, and now that Im down to 6mg, and possibly retiring my tanks for my drippers and dropping to 3mg, my new hobby isnt going anywhere for a couple of years at this point..
Don't know if it's true are not, as I suck at math, but one of our "math brains" on here, figured out that if you have 1 liter of 100mg, and vape at 24mg, that it will last for 2 years.
Course he didn't say how many ml he vaped a day.
:danger: But, someday when I think I'm smarter than I really am, I might sit down, and using my own statistics, try to figure it out.

There 100,000 mg nicotine in a 1 liter bottle of 100mg/ml.

To find how long it will last you just find the total mg you use in a day. Say you use 10ml of 6mg each day.

10x6=60mg of nicotine used per day.

Now divide that into 100,000
100,000÷60=1667 days supply.

Then just convert your 1667 days into years.
1667÷365=4.5 years

I'm still hanging with it, pretty good and easy
I'm now using cotton candy in place of the sweetener, in fact cotton candy seems to end up in all my juices latey.
I'll have to give that a try,it will be a while though I just made a 120ml bottle a couple days ago, gotta keep that juice in stock and on the ready haha.

Answer: 5.72 ml/day for 1 liter of 100mg nic, duluted to 24mg, for 2 years. Unless a leap year then adjust accordingly or have a vape free day

WOW ... thanks, I think I can actually handle it, now that you break it down like that.
In fact .. without even figuring it out, I know I'm good for a long time judging from your example

I have a database into which I enter everything - it even keeps my stock control for me - every time I use nic or flavour etc it deducts from the stock in hand. This is what it is telling me at the moment:

E-juice Data
CurrentNicBase on hand (ml)@ 6mg 8,350
NicBase used per day 5
Days of NicBase remaining 1,590
Order NicBase by - One week before juice runs out 16/09/2019
Current Flavours on hand 1,145
Flavour used per day (ml) 2.10
Juice used per day (ml) 7
Days of Flavour remaining 545
Order by - One week before Flavour runs out 08/11/2016

Now that is assuming I cut my nicbase down to 6mg whereas more often that not I am vaping at anywhere between 2 and 4mg. Of course some flavours will run out sooner that others but I'm keeping track of that too. My spreadsheet has conditional formatting that tells me which juices are below a certain level - that's creating a sort of trend so now I'm getting those flavours in bulk. Also this part of the spreadsheet does not account for the juices I have already mixed and have not yet vaped.

On a different note. I keep my juices in a wooden art box. It has compartments so I can separate the fruits from the bakery, the tobacco from the drinks etc. Problem is I can't read the names of the bottles unless I lift them out one by one. So I was looking for some sort of display stand that would keep the names in view. Obviously I had to know how many bottles the stand would take so I had to know how many different flavours I have. I nearly hit the floor when my spreadsheet told me I have 125 different flavours.... and I've only been DIYing for just over a month!

Agree, nothing but plastic for my nicotine! Can you imagine an accidental drop? :danger:

Sure, plastic can leach into juices, but not all plastic does this. Try HDPE plastic. This is made for pipelines and it's virtually indestructible for over 50 years. Makes a fine way to store nicotine. Try MyFreedomSmokes. They carry the HDPE bottles, as do many others.

And...ItTechy.....WELCOME BACK~ ! :thumb: :headbang:

Yay Techy! Missed you around... Hope you're well.

I'm just going to confess - I was having a SERIOUS "mixing brainfart syndrome" this afternoon. Haven't mixed in a couple of weeks and apparently I can't remember how to do math.... Recipe was calling for 1.5% - I was upscaling to a 30mL bottle and next thing I know, I've dropped in FOUR mL of flavoring (other stuff already in the bottle....) So, I've poured that into another bottle and labeled with the contents. I'll just use dribbles here and there in stuff down the road.

I've added a few TFA recipes to the dropbox for use with the EJuiceMeUp Calculator. You can literally download these to your calculator recipe file and they are ready for use on that calculator. This will save you the time of adding them individually. I think I got the TFA ones, for the most part, culled from my entire recipe book (my flavorings only):

Dropbox - Bill's TFA recipes on EJuiceMeUp Calculator Format.zip

If this doesn't work, let me know. I have this in a zip file and can email to you if there are problems. You will need the eJuiceMeUp calculator to read these files. Ciao! :toast: :D

Ok,i am completely lost haha.I was able to download these to my computer, but how do i put them in the ejuicemeup calculator?I've tried everything i can think of,and cannot figure it out.

You need to "unzip" the file. When you extract the contents, just drop it in a folder you can find. Then, when you open ejuicemeup, just go look in that directory.

The files we have on the DropBox, if using the E-Juice me up calculator help a whole bunch, just put in your nic and a few variables and it should give you the proper amounts of whatever....

I want to thank everyone here for all the help I received so far. I say so far because I'm sure I'll need more. I came up after a few tries and wanted to share it. I don't have a name for it but it reminds me of a blueberry dessert.

    13% Blueberry (extra)
    6% Bavarian Cream
    3% vanilla swirl
    3% graham cracker
    2% sweetener

DOWNLOAD, then OPEN, click FILE, click EXTRACT ALL, then choose destination (ejuicemeup), click EXTRACT/
Now go to your ejuice me up and click on file and you will see all the recipes you added. click one and everything fills in

Hey all I just want to reiterate that there is a lot more on the DropBox site than just Bill's E-juice me up format files; there are calculators of various formats and a Zipped text file of many recipes of Bill' and others as well.

If you would like your recipes added just let either Bill or myself know!

    Enjoy!

I placed an order yesterday with TPA cause it seems I'm just about out of PG. Got a couple flavors coming (3) one is Smooth Flavor, a first for me, just thought I'd give it a try. Ordered VG too, got to make them shipping charges worth while.
@ Bill, I haven't seen any of your posts over in the TGT thread in a while.
