A percent of cream or vanilla to soften the coffee may work. A touch of Carmel. Irish cream the choices are endless. All the coffee flavors I have tried sort of have the black coffee taste it is hard to eliminate if you don't like that flavor. You may try a drop or three of plain base in a dropper to see if it is just too strong

Added 6 drops of vanilla and 6 drops sweet cream to the 5 ml and left it for 2 days, and it is delicious. Thank u all for the tips. Will stop experimenting with the rest of flavors for a couple of days and sit back and enjoy this coffee

I've been playing around with cranberry that I got on my last order. I've come up with a combination that I'm pretty happy with and thought I'd share it.

    TFA cranberry 7%
    TFA sweet and tart 3%
    TFA sweetener 2%

I worked on my fruit and cream experiment some more this evening. The total amount of flavoring in that last recipe I posted was so godawful, I went over it very carefully, brought the main fruit flavors down just slightly, and eliminated the coconut and the ethyl maltol; neither really seemed to bring that much to the recipe, other than increasing the flavor percentage and therefore probably also the gunk-factor.

    Here's the revised recipe:

    TFA Blueberry Extra 6.50%
    TFA Juicy Peach 5%
    INW Shisha Strawberry 5%
    TFA Vanilla Swirl 5%
    TFA DX Bavarian Cream 4%
    TFA Sweetener 5%

Which brings the total flavoring down to a far more reasonable 30.5%. I guess it's essentially Cream Fantastico plus peach, minus cotton candy or ethyl maltol. Again, the 5% sweetener is just 'cuz I love sweet; most would probably be happier with it around 2%-3%. And I still think banana would be a great addition to this, but I don't currently have any. Maybe banana cream, to add more to the creaminess factor.

BTW, it's terrific -- I was afraid that cutting down the main fruit flavors would make it weaker, but it's not, not at all, and I think leaving out the coconut also improves the TH. Of course I just mixed it a couple hrs ago, gave it a ferocious shaking and let it sit for a couple hrs; it should be even better tomorrow.

    Hi Andria,
Sorry to bump an old post, is there an alternative strawberry concentrate which could be used instead of INW Shisha Strawberry?

I just got an order a couple weeks ago and noticed last night that I'm almost out of EM. I really need to do an inventory and get everything in one or two orders instead of paying shipping for a couple flavors at a time.

Anyone try the DX Peanut butter flavor?

Foolishly I suppose, I picked up a 16 ounce bottle. Strong taste of Peanut but not really Peanut butter. More like a crunchy Peanut butter? Mixed at 75% VG 25% PG ratio at 10% flavoring.

Wonder how I can "butter" it out some, if you guys have ideas I'm all ears.

I'd be inclined to hit it with some creams and/or caramel. Maybe Bavarian Cream - 2% and Caramel 2-3%?

Well now that ECF will allow files on the site I have ziped up many of the recipes posted here to help out!

They are all in Note Pad format.

Please add to the file* and update as you all see fit!

    Cheers! :toast:

    * For subsequent additions to the file I suggest calling the first revision Juices_1.zip, the second Juices_2.zip , etc.....

    Sorry to bump again....

Thank you so much for this :thumb:

So, quick update on the mochi flavor. The rice crunchies is too strong on the cereal taste but seems like a great cereal flavor The pie crust has promise as a light flour taste but I'm still trying to figure out what to use as "sweet rice".

Was thinking maybe whipped cream or marshmallow to go along with the pie crust.

I also saw a suggestion on Reddit about using toasted almond with coconut. even taro was suggested as a light, starchy, sweet taste.

So obviously I ordered more flavors last night!

As much as I wanted to stay with TFA only, I broke down and ordered some dks sweet rice flavoring. only available in small amounts and not as cost efficient as TFA but we'll see! I'm still hoping that I can approximate it with other tfa flavors but there may be an alternative.

No idea. I've tried TFA Ripe Strawberry and CAP Sweet Strawberry, and neither tasted much like real strawberries to me; more like fakey and watered-down strawberry. So I keep using the Shisha, because it really does taste like real strawberries.

I would to make my own EM. Obviously I need to buy Ethyl Maltol crystals but how do I make it?.

Also I would like to make my own menthol. Is the menthol the menthol crystals which you use with hot water to use as a decongestant for colds, chest and sinuses problems?
How do I make that as well?.

    Thanks.
Not sure on the menthol, but to mix EM,you use a 1/4 teaspoon of em crystals to 9ml of pg to make a 10% mix. After adding the crystals to the pg,put the bottle in a cup of hot water for about 5 minutes, then shake it as hard as you can until all the crystals are dissolved.

If the mixture sits & begins to recrystalize around the top, just repeat the heat & shake process. I would not use menthol meant for colds & flu to vape. It's an essential oil & the chemical make up different.

The menthol crystals we get in the UK looks like this...

I've seen some on eBay and the listings say 'Premium Chinese Menthol Crystals BP/EP/USP grade used In non-prescription products for short-term relief of minor sore throat and minor mouth or throat irritation'.

Hmm, I have no idea about those. They might be for lozenges or pain relief lotions, not for vaporizors. No idea, really, but it's a thought. I'd stick with what is sold through the flavoring suppliers.

The only place a could find it was at bargain vapour. I believe it was in the uk?

Biggest size they had was 10ml but supposedly the flavor is very strong. if I like it oh may have to try and contact the manufacturer (in Italy) for something larger
