Whenever I see Bronze posting in here, I think wow! He's jumping on the bandwagon too!

Anyway... Did my 90 min hot yoga class. Instructor told me I was getting very strong in my practice. She's sweet.

Clean diet so far. It's a good day!

Glad to hear your numbers are ok Robin.

I need to. :)

Does it taste like crap?

Omg! GT is your friend, why would he tell you to try something of it tasted like crap?!?

Work day for me so it's just a be careful what I eat day. What are those things everyone's wearing now? Fit bit? Anyway, a few of my coworkers have them, and consensus is an average work day we walk 10 miles. Never less than 6. So that's it for me.

First time posting this thread..I had a heart attack at 45 and I know I need to watch my blood pressure. I also need to loose some weight..so..for my New Years Resolution, I'm going to try to loose about 50 pounds or so and stop eating salty foods. You would think I would have already done these things after my heart attack but,..I didn't. Now that was almost 12 years ago. I'm turning 57 in January so I really need to do this. I'm sure going to try.

I am trying to post my goal for each day, then edit when I have reached that goal. LOL My goal pretty much is to surpass what I have put down as the goal .... Make sense  ? ROFL

Thank you Robin..That's a great idea!
Yes I know it's been time..I just sort of figured I'd eventually have another one. I'm sure I will but I'd like to put that off as long as possible. :)

I didn't have a goal set for today, for obvious or not so obvious reasons. I did get two miles in just now, while hubby was napping. Better than doing nothing at all.

Didn't get pizza like we had planned so that is probably a good thing ROFL

Long day.
Mini workouts on 'down' days make a huge difference! I'm just finding this thread, way to go, cheerleader! We will have you in uniform in no time!

I have looked at those fitness trackers 100 times. I can't ever decide which one to get so I still haven't bought one. there's the jawbone up, fitbit, garmin... I get overwhelmed every time..

Never tried Almond milk, but I don't drink a lot of it.

Good girl! Are you exercising every day? When I started running I never missed a day, but my body ached all the time. 5 days a week works well for me now.

Thank you Robin..That's a great idea!

Sirius, my best advice would be not to put it off. Start slow tho. Go for a walk tomorrow!

I need to get back into strength training. I did core work on a ball for a while and I could really tell a difference in my abs and back strength. My upper body strength is pitiful. I would love to try yoga like April does but that's a small town problem- not available.

Oh I can't believe I was missing out on this thread! Exercise and fitness is my favorite thing to talk about. Well, right after vape talk, lol!

Robin I'm jealous of the distance you're putting in! I do 50 min on the elliptical and just barely hit 4 miles. 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down, and I've been keeping my resistance at 3 or above. I'm not convinced on the accuracy of the distance as I can run a mile in 10 minutes pretty easily.
