Did about 20 minutes today, the knees weren't cooperating. My machine doesn't have the tension marked, just a knob with arrows. I've got it set halfway between either end, so its got a fair amount of resistance. Despite my bad lungs and being overweight, my legs are pretty muscular and can handle it when the knees aren't hurting. The cold weather definitely makes them worse, but just in the last week its getting easier. Might do another 10 minutes tonight since I'm not sore anymore.

Decided to try going by time instead of miles.

40 minutes 4.639 miles
No resistance. May start adding resistance in the future LOL
Some weights and crunches.

For comparison
Today I did 40 minutes. The first mile at no resistance, the rest..resistance set at 2.
Distance 4.970. I tried to do the RPM average of 60. Came close but ended up with 58 average rpm.

The last 2.5 minutes were shaky LOL Only burned 274 calories. I have never hit 300 calories burned. Dammit it feels like it though! :laugh:

Everyone is doing a fabulous job!
