Oh one more thing. This madness I call a lifestyle change all started March 16th last year when I saw a pic of myself at my son's birthday party. I was so FAT! We are having his party Monday and I'll take another picture with him for a side by side comparison. Almost 73 pounds lost in one year.......I think I'll go cry now. Cry for relief that I did it, cry for happiness that I'm healthier, and cry just for the hell of it. And also cry because he'll be 15 and DRIVING! 8-o

I was bad this weekend :(

Makes me worry about that week in August  Although, I should get more walking and exercise in during that week in August.

Gained almost 2 lbs this week. Hopefully I will be able to shed it quickly. Sitting in a car for hours doesn't give any exercise. And like Bridget said, eating out = more salt intake than cooking your own food.

I again failed to work out. Still don't feel sick (just really wiped out tired) but my body temp has been 95 since last night. Idk what is going on, taking some antibiotics and just trying to take it easy. Bundled up in tons of clothes and blankets, seems so weird when it was almost 70 today

You guys are killing it in here!! Catching up so want to cover some ground..

First and foremost, and I don't think this was brought up, Always, you WILL gain weight for the first month or two after you start exercising specially if you've not been at it for a while. Your muscles store more water as you work out. Do not be discouraged by the numbers. Just keep at it.

RJ! You are truly amazing!! Great job!

Did I see Ro posting in here?! 10lbs?! Ro, there was hardly any of you to see when we met up last year. Where the heck did you lose 10lbs? Did you put down the 26650 mod?!!

GP, good going on your progress as well! :)

Bridge/Robin, y'all are already amazing! Nothing to add. :)

As for little ol' me, I'm down just a bit over 25lbs since mid-October. No exercise yet. Just watching the rice and excess carb intake.

All caught up!
