Good lord! I accidentally closed the thread. :facepalm:

I wondered about that; I often read the mods' last post in a closed thread, even those I'm not following, just to see the words of wisdom they offer as to why they closed it -- it's usually entertaining as all get out, and often edifying as well. But when I saw this one... I was just puzzled. :confused:

Me, I like eating healthy, keeping my weight down with that healthy eating, and maintaining my healthy non-drinking non-smoking lifestyle... but good lord, exercise??? GAHHHHHH! If I had a swimming pool handy, that would be excellent; I HATE to sweat. All other forms of exercise just strike me as boring and masochistic, and I really don't like pain.

But y'know... whatever floats y'alls' boat. :D I do like dancing, and often boogie around the kitchen while cooking dinner. It's nice, since I stopped smoking, I can boogie to my heart's content and never get that godawful pain in my chest that I used to get. :thumb:

Bloated back up to 191 lbs. this morning. Uhg. My shoulders have finally quieted down (my knees never will) so I'll have to try to get back to some exercises this weekend. I think this diet is playing havoc with my system, though. My daughter says it will effect you in that way.....

If your 'system' means what I think it does.. Get some peri colace -generic of course-at Walmart. My Dr recommended it. Effective, painless. TMI yes.. but we're all adults here. :)
 
Since I've had two late nights in a row and not enough sleep, no exercise tonight either. But we did walk our two miles at lunch today. I'm going to bed early. I also made spaghetti tonight and the carbs have me all lazy. I don't think I get enough carbs and I'm trying to incorporate more into my diet. I've been tracking protein and calories the past couple of days...and I'm right where I need to be. And I'm still maintaining my weight. But tomorrow night RJ gets on the treadmill!

Back from inlaw's house. Yeah, over did a bit with the taco salad. Damn it was good.
So did three miles on the elliptical and burned off another 169 calories. Hope that helps for tomorrow.
A little indulgence won't kill me, as long as I don't do it every week. They are leaving next week Thurs. and things will get back on track.

Back story: SIL is very overweight. She is working out now but her eating habits haven't changed much. She loves to bake (thank god I don't like chocolate) so there were chocolate cookies with ande's mint chocolate melted on the top. Decadent to say the least. My poor hubby is a chocoholic. He could not resist. Oh damn, I forgot to log the strawberry shortcake I had. :facepalm:


I am in so much trouble tomorrow morning..... Although, since I knew we were going there for dinner, I did have a salad for lunch. We'll see tomorrow! :unsure: Not gonna sweat it....well... I kinda did already...twice :lol:
