Quinoa is fantastic! It does take some practice to get the flavors you want with it. It's a food that leaves you feeling energized rather than weighed down after eating. Yum.
Yes. That's it, precisely. The seasoning IS tricky....but worth the effort, IMHO.

well, dieting got the first 12 pounds easy. But since I'm just hovering around 189 or so, I decided I seriously need to exercise. 30 minutes light stretching and then walked the Subdivision (about a mile and a half). Then treated myself to six wheat crackers w/ peanut butter, a banana and four Ibuprofen.

getting old sux.

Love this line from a movie: Tell me about it....stud.

Anyway, 3 miles on the elliptical. Working up a sweat really does work :)
Did a modified plank and tried to hold it for a whole commercial break. Arms were justaburnin' and had to quit...of course the next commercial was the last one before the show came back on
Weight work on the arms.

Yeah baby! I feel the burn!

I've gone from 186 to 240 then down to 190 then back up to 250 and it really just gets worse every time I loose a lot..Beginning to think I have a wonky thyroid.
Yep I fit every symptom in the book. The problem is after paying for insurance I don't have enough money for the doctor visit and prescription
