:laugh: I figured you remembered I'm not in the best of health. No worries I have plenty of stretch exercises that I can do. Yeppa..dieting sux big time. :lol:

Have you considered plotting your weights on a graph?

That's much more useful, and will demonstrate the trend. Off days happen...but seeing the progress over prior weeks makes it better.

Scales are over rated, IMHO. Focus on how you look and feel.
