Smokindeuce,

Take it as you wish, but I perceive insincere apologies and further provocation. At the very least, poor choice
of words from someone with the ability to do otherwise. Indirect and decipherable in different ways.

I really don't know what you are suggesting Progg but you have really got the wrong end of the stick here.... Ike and I go back a long way and our relationship is deeper than you realise which was one of the reasons for my reaction - my apologies are/were mean't most sincerely and Ike will know this.

Lets face it: you don't know me from Adam and therefore I would prefer that you didn't pretend to know me.

Let's move on...

I neither know you or pretend to.

Your words posted here were inflammatory and require an unequivocal response.

Those of us who know Iken, know that is not the case. We know his integrity and how he does business. None of us were truely offended. More stunned than anything, I think. Let us all go on with our normal daily duties and let this thing go. Even Iken says to let it go.

Tina,

I understand what you're saying . Other people besides those who hold Isaac in high regard land here. I hope Iken deletes what's happened here so the wrong impression isn't received.

Yes, I'm ....... A man's word is his product.

Epic Journey
.....................
Now we're almost on the same page again! I was thinking for the Collector's edition of the Lizard a darkish green with finish like this:
6f68e673.jpg

It's hard to be able to tell what it feels like, but it's more like a bumpy smooth.

Another finish I was eying up was very smooth but yet very light in the bumpy department was something like this:
c74af02e.jpg

It felt very comfortable in the hand and could be very appealing to the eye, but I'm just not sure.

Hey Isaac, will you still offer these types of finishes if the unit will not have a lizard-ish kind of a name?

Look you all seem like a nice bunch and my intention wasn't to create any bad feeling here... when I saw the photos of this new mod I couldn't help but react with how I felt so apologies if anything I said appeared out of order.

Wishing you every success Ike. :)
Thank you Tim,
You do know me, we are old comrades. Please know if there's anything I can swear on, it will be the truth. I do swear to you, that your Mako had absolutely no inspiration or was even in mind at the time of creating this unit. This was revolved around it's predecessor, the Chameleon. I approached my friend/machinist with an eGo, a GG and the Chameleon with schematics that were made the night before. I do apologize for both of our products similarities as it was not my intent. My original schematics had shown the eGo style cone being used with a center pin from the Chameleon's adapter in place of the tact switch being supported by a bracket system with the GG's button lock. Unfortunately it couldn't of been done.I was against the bottom button idea since I first seen the Screwdriver in the Trog days. A kind customer even sent me blue prints! Actual blue prints of bottom button styles ranging from 10440 to 14500 with marvelous idea's and I still kindly rejected them. The machinist told me (keep in mind without any knowledge of e-cigs) that the bottom button actuator would be the perfect set up, comfortably in hand, and will stand the test of time. I gave in to the idea and locked myself away from the e-cig and my personal world and started working on an indestructible device. Gave the mess of papers to the machinist, he approved and started making the vision come true. I was Still against it at this moment of time, till he finished. I held it and used it and then I knew this method will be bliss. This is exactly how Project Chameleon was born.

Tina,

Progg, really it's ok. Please don't take offense to anything Tim said. Tim's display was anger and a side of betrayal because we do go far back. He really is a deeply passionate man, especially when it comes to the baby he gave birth to. Honestly, I feel he still went light because of his fondness towards our friendship. For him to actually come back the next day to apologize does speak of his true character. Progg, he is a good man, that was just hurt. At a glance both of our devices do look very similar.

I refuse to delete anything on this sub because all is what it is and deleting will lead to no good end. So far we been here on this sub-forum of home on Ecf for 9 months and 29 days and I'm more than happy to report that there has not been a need for a one single deleted post and that's something I highly pride on personally.

Your too AWESOME Tina! I changed the very top. It was actually Madness that came up with the Gecko and Komodo.
No no no... not Trgodor and Burninator.... Trogdor the Burninator!

LOL Angus, you made cough and die hysterically. Everyone came running over to make sure I was still sane!

Absolutely Vman!
I made a post somewhere in this thread, I'll find it.

"As for the unit, I was thinking about it late last night, to look at it like a good sequel to a great movie. In that sequel, you will see old time favorite lines being used or revered specific actions along with the new and exciting atmosphere. The Green scaley type finish will Definitely be something along the lines of Chameleon edition (mid-way through that sentence, I envisioned a Chameleon transitioning paint )
As for the Caliber, just the way you described your initial thoughts was a trigger (lol hate bad puns) that really rocked my world. The quick naming scheme was a fly off the handle moment with 22 and 308. With more thought, it would be more like Pistol,Magnum and so on, but even then it's just a rough idea that may never surface as a 14500 model just being called Caliber 14/14-5/145 or 18650 model being named Caliber 186."

You know Dillinger, a good friend once told me: "One person can't possibly do everything for a successful business. A team will always be a necessity." He used his co-workers in his business for example: "If our sales-rep was in charge of web based marketing, we would fail. If our IT guy was in charge of customer phone calls, we would fail." The way I always seen it from the beginning is that I'm here for the people and their needs, their thoughts and idea's is what drives us to progress as if acting as a team. Your guys' input is far more valuable then you think as everything is and always will be taken into consideration. From good to bad things they're all experiences and trials that help us evolve into a better company to service everyone and anyone who is willing to change their life for the better.

Great point Isaac, I can see you're very passionate about what you do.

The Green scaley type finish will Definitely be something along the lines of Chameleon edition (mid-way through that sentence, I envisioned a Chameleon transitioning paint :D )

That would be so COOL!

Besides did you know this called the Dillinger Tommy gun? :D

Ok Isaac. I'll take it as an artist's temperament, of which I am familiar. If this is the case, I wish you well Tim.

I apologize to you Isaac if I've caused you any distress via my posts, and any discomfort I've caused others.
