Beginning of another week. This time without any weather concerns. Hope all of you made it through this weekend's bad stuff passing through. It's been over a decade since we had such severe weather warnings, it was kind of scary. Glad it's all passed now.

Paul, glad your storms seem to have passed through.
So far, it hasn't been bad this year in our area.
Fingers crossed, we still have about 45 days or so til the weather calms down.

We have a chance of rain today, not sure about storms or severe storms...I lose track sometimes, but I'll check it out before I head out.

The nastiness is here...woke me up about 30 minutes before I had to get up and it is loud and ugly out there...I may have to wait to leave for work because when it rains this hard it floods the only road out of my neighborhood and it says it's supposed to stay heavy for almost 2 more hours.

Boss texted me a few minutes ago and told me to wait until this storm passes before coming in...so late it is...that's okay, anything that makes a shorter Monday is fine by me.
OBG, good luck with major overhaul on your lawnmower...sounds like it might just be too taxing for you.
Just had to buy a new one myself last night...will be delivered on Thursday...I knew my old one was about to die, but my son says it finally did this weekend and so I just bit the bullet and got him a new one.

It might just need the carb cleaned/rebuilt real good,today's gas will mess them up quick in you leave it in there over the winter
