OMG! Ever since my son left as general manager at our Arby's here, the place has really gone downhill. Tonight is the second time in the past month we've gone there that they screwed something up. I just had to send the boy back up there because we ordered (and paid for) beef n cheddar's and they just gave us plain roast beefs...talk about being ticked off!
I have the email address for the regional corporate guy and I'm going to be sending him an email about how bad this place has become...he needs to know how much his manager is just screwing around.
