If you get what I just had you might need to drain your pool again :2c:
It's really low. We're good for 4 inches easy.
Would have added some water a couple days ago, but knew we had rain for the weekend. :)
We always keep plenty so we don't labor/burn up the pump, but we normally keep it higher than what's it's been at this week.

Your turn huh? Hope it's not too bad
It's fairly close now...not here yet. Still just cloudy.

When I looked earlier today we had a "feels like" of 96 degrees ... it was already 87
Humidity is so thick you can hardly breathe out there!
That's how it's been here for two or three days. :( Thick humidity.

Nasty isn't it :?:

Well, got my laundry situated so believe I'll chill with a book for a bit ... might even doze if I'm lucky ;)

Yeah, this timing is going to disrupt my nap time. :nah:
Wish it'd come on and blow through.

So, our svc. mgr. didn't work yesterday.
Earlier in the week, the circuit board on their Samsung dryer caught fire and burned up.
Thank GOD above she was home and smelled it/saw it.

It was one day out of warranty. The local place tried to give them some grief, and I guess his wife called and LIT THEM UP. Samsung was sending a factory rep/tech to their house yesterday.
Once the actual Samsung people learned of it, it was a bit of a different story.

Curious to see how it ends up.

The first line looks like it's breaking up, as it sometimes does when it comes across the river.
I think I'm going to go try to nap. :)
What's coming across doesn't look too bad. The worst of it is going S and N of us.

Might tell her to make sure her vent isn't clogged up somewhere before they use it again, that should get checked at least twice a year even if you just lift the flaps and look in from outside with a good flashlight :2c:

    Good afternoon lovely lurkers.

I'm so tired today...little Princess didn't want to go to sleep at all last night...I was exhausted and had a headache to boot, and she was just going nonstop...I finally got her to lay down on my bed and watch a movie, but I was the only one dozing off...it was midnight before I got that little booger into her own bed.

Once her mom finally showed up to pick her up this morning, I headed on over here to the bf's...now I think I need a nap.

Hope you guys in the path of those storms are staying safe.

I'll get the lo-down and mention it.
I think DH checks ours. We have a fire extinguisher next to the washing machine too.
I keep the lint filter emptied and vac and pick out what gathers down around it too.
I actually even have this. It's wonderful for getting under and in and around hard to reach places, not just the dryer. Haven't used the long thing to clean the dryer exhaust coil/thing though. Should prob put that on a honey do list...I'll have to get the air freshener at the ready though.

    Hi Angel.
Oh wow, hope you get a nap and have a great time this weekend. Great, relaxing time.
    So far so good.
    I napped.
I'm not even sure that it rained. It sprinkled for a few minutes just a bit ago, but the sun is out again now.
It's dark to the SE of us. This first batch broke up and went around us.
I was watching the map just a few minutes ago, and there was a blob over us, but we were only getting sprinkles. o_O

Our temp has dropped about 4 degrees from it's high.
We're at 79 now. The front is getting closer.
    Currently 89 ( feels like 100) :(

Have a nice nap Dale :)
