It's sausage, crawfish and chicken...although he has done it with shrimp too...what amazes me is that the Princess even loves to eat it...didn't think she would like the sausage, but she couldn't get enough...she's a Cajun Princess.

Never had Lobster ... crab is okay sometimes ... shrimp nope .... I do like fried catfish every great once in a while

Never Aldie has frozen ones sometimes but live ones are better I think,and you can let them crawl around before you throw them into the pot

Lobster is really good with lots of butter. or cream sauces. Well that just my opinion. don't eat it all that often though.
