Made it home safe and with no rain this time...Yay!
Most of the time I actually enjoy the trip home, at least once I get out of NOLA and as long as there's no rain...I can just listen to my music and enjoy the ride...and going when I do at night, there's usually less traffic...so yeah, most of the time it's good.
Time to watch a little TV and relax for a bit before bed...good night and sweet dreams lovely lurkers.

Not to worry, I have done enough target shooting to know that paper doesn't stop anything. I didn't bother with a restraining order on me. I have a 9 mil, 410 and an AR15 that are all much more effective and an attitude that will allow me to use them without any hesitation. The restraining orders are for the girls and the DIL. Court already had one on DS. They also have other more solid forms of protection but prayers would be appreciated if you are of the mind to.

Yesterday, despite 3 rounds of thunderstorms, I got some stuff done, even slow cooked and smoked a pork roast on the grill, so all was not lost. Couldn't swim yesterday, not with chances of lightning in the area, but did on Saturday. My water is a beautiful 83° and it felt great.
