There's this thing called the Internet. Did you know there are sites that offer free and/or inexpensive courses? Museums, concerts, books, and a plethora of other nifty things can be viewed.

I've seen what passes for entertainment on TV these days. It's no small wonder the state of the country is what it is today. Today's programming will rot your brain.

Actually I don't blame you...I'll admit the TV is usually on mostly for background noise most of the time (although I do have a couple of shows I like)...I prefer books myself...I usually go through several a week.
