It occurs to me that
A)You say that a lot and
B) Now that I think about it, very few of us are in this thread. We have several dogs, at least one cat, a muppet, a cartoon character, an angel, a manequin head (I think?), a motorcycle, and I'm not entirely sure if the 'woman' surrounded by wolves is actually human or is instead some type of fairy/animal spirit/whatever. (OK Fran, is that supposed to be a human or something else?) And that's without going back a few pages to see what else I can find.

Eh, being human is overrated anyway....I'll stick to being an angel.

Has been rainy most of the day...started out with rain and sun at once, and could actually see the steam flowing off the roof when it was done...at least now the sun has disappeared, so not quite so steamy...think I'll make the boy do the grocery shopping today because I don't feel like doing it in the rain...he's got to be good for something, right?

Yes, it certainly is getting crazy out there...and what happened today is a prime example of why the bf has me stocking up on certain personal safety items...it's just scary the way the world is getting.

Lolz! My avatar is Sally's Cotton Rayon (can't ya tell ) that I purchased from Amazon for wicking material back when I was stocking up. It was quite the topic in the stocking up thread on the general vaping board. I was thinking about changing it but then people won't remember me as I'm such an infrequent poster over there.

So, she seems okay, but Rita fell ALL the way down the basement steps tonight when we got home.
I always carry her in first when we get home, and go back for my stuff.
She always waits for me at the door, then turns and trots off to the kitchen .
Well, tonight she only made a quarter turn and trotted right off the top step.
Scared the SNOT out of me!! She didn't barrel roll, thankfully. She went down front forward, stiff armed, and kind of slid, like you would on a sled, but no sled.
I could tell it scared her, but then at the bottom of the steps she got up, when I got to her, she crawled on my lap, then got off and went sniffing in the basement.
I felt around on her everywhere, nothing seems tender, or broken.
She's been out to potty and, like I said, seems perfectly fine.

Guess it's time to order a gate.
I'll bet she's sore tomorrow.
