It could be a problem with ATT here,I don't think they have ever figured out that we get flooded with tourists every weekend all summer long that all have smart phones

If you're connecting the same way I am (using my phone as a modem), then it's likely. I'm most likely going to pull the trigger on one of the local WISP providers in the next month or so.

Nope gave up on the phone long ago and got one of their WiFi hot-spots

Same concept. May want to look into seeing if there's a reliable WISP provider in your area.
