The Paleo people promote bacon. :D Can't be all bad.
Besides, they said eggs were bad...had to walk that back, and there was something else (recently) they said was bad and walked that back too, but can't remember what it was.
They said butter was bad, and everyone went to fake butter spreads...nuff said. ;)

If I don't get enough I get leg cramps,BAD ones so I eat salt :D
    I've heard that can happen.
I don't eat a lot, but I do use it sparingly...and take my high blood pressure med at night.

ETA: Loads of salt content in processed foods, and fast food, so I'm sure I get a fair amount through that. Have been curbing a lot of that lately though. ;)

We're having meatloaf for dinner! Can't wait.

Princess is taking nap with Papa...will have to wake her up in a few though or she'll never go to sleep tonight...didn't even put her down for a nap, she just crawled on the bed and the next thing we knew she was asleep...all that running around must have gotten to her...even 2 year olds wear themselves out. :p:laugh:

Pork ribs in the oven, salad lettuce chopped, leftovers cleaned out or repackage to take up less room. Fajita meat cooked and in the freezer for a quick meal. I got hot! o_O

I got several choices for lunch this coming week :w00t:
