Oh, well that's good then. :)
I was fearful maybe she swallowed something (non-food) and it was not passing.

Wow, #2 please, and thank you!!!:drool::drool:

Okay, I need to run and eat. DH had a late lunch and wasn't hungry.

Hi LoriP! So I wasn't abducted but I spent a week with my sister at the lake and WiFi was scarce! My sister is so social and always on the go and after a week I returned exhausted!
This week has been busy at home too! We are trying to get new counter tops, which we have never done before, but now my head is spinning! I've never had quartz or granite and I am about ready to call it quits and get laminate! I have zero sense of decor

:lol::lol: Speaking of BUTTS  I didn't say anything last night, but Rita must have some irritated .... glands.
The vet cleaned them out when we were there a couple weeks ago, all was well until a couple days ago, I noticed she's leaving a mark, here or there....yes, this is AWFULLY gross  to even mention, but that's what we do here, right??
I called the vet and talked to a gal yesterday, she said to watch her, but if she's eating/drinking, using the potty normally, and not licking or scooting, it's prob just some drainage. :nah::nah::nah:
    ...it smells sooooooooooooo bad!
I'm going to call again tomorrow. I think they're inflammed the more I've looked at them, maybe need to give her an antibiotic...or something...gack!!
Researched a bit online last night and that's my conclusion anyway.:lol::lol:
    Poor little stinker! :p:laugh:

My mom had a dog once that she had to take to have the .... glands expressed at least once a month...oh man did that dog stink...she was cute as the dickens, but she had horrific breath and body odor...mom ended up giving her away because she just couldn't handle the smell.

Good to see you Chili...sounds like you're finding plenty to do with your time...you do know you're retired now, and that means you can rest at least some of the time, right? ;)

Dale, I want some of #2 please...right after I eat my dinner though...catfish tonight.

Hi Angel! I needed that reminder that I'm retired now! I am still in that mode of it gotta get everything done before school starts again!
But I really could use guidance on counter tops. I'm afraid if I don't make some decisions soon Mr. CHILI will run out and buy a boat or another motorcycle with my nest egg for kitchen makeover! No way will I let that happen! I have waited 16 years to do some home improvements

Don't go with a brown that hides messes. It really sucks when you've think you've cleaned it then run your hand over it and realize there is 'something' sticky there.

We put in a black granite called Uba Tuba. It actually has a green tint to it but you dont see the green when it is installed. Even up against the black top of our black topped stove, it still looks black.

I've had solid black granite and when polished up...beautiful. BUT smeared terribly. Very hard to keep looking perfect. The Uba Tuba has just enough variation to keep it from needing polishing all the time.

It was one level up from what our builder was offering. We put it in all the bathrooms too.

Oh good that you got to have a nice visit!! Even though she wore you out.
Robin just built a house, maybe she has some ideas, or Paul!!
I think he does cabinetry, he can prob help.
I'd prob get laminate, but that's just me. I think the quartz and granite are really pretty, but I'd have the same problem picking something out.

She's not smelling, I've been keeping her rear end washed after she does that. :nun:
I don't think I could handle that with a dog either...course, I'm in it for the long haul with Rita since I've had her for so long, but...eek, scary to think about.
Thankfully the three places she lays, I keep towels down that can be washed.
She's always wrapped up/swaddled loosely in a blanket when she's in our bed.
