I would have to agree that we probably were not meant to be up before daylight...I just really don't think that we as humans are supposed to be up before the sun.
Why does it have to be soooooo very dark at 5 a.m.?
It would be soooo much easier to get going if the sun was shining.

Today is going to be rough one later on I have to leave earlier than normal for that physical so probably not going to get enough sleep to work a 12 hour shift.
I think a caliper is sticking on my van so looks like I will have to do a brake job ugh
