Hey Lori ;)

Me too!! If the boss comes to work like he did this morning I'm going to send him straight to the cooler to have himself
a drink!! :glare: Or one of the other places he hides his booze

Your dinner sounds good, great hack! :thumb:
Oh boy...that's not good, and it sure doesn't make for a good work environment. :(
Yeah, it really turned out great! Not exactly at the "healthy" end of the food spectrum, but hey, it was good. ;)

No, it's not the greatest environment I've ever been in  But I'm doing the best I can with what I have :)

Of course it wasn't healthy, why else did it taste so good?

    Yes it is ;)
I'd have a banana split too if I could

The first is Rice Pudding
The third is .... what you guessed ;)
Woot Woot!! I'm sorry you can't partake in the banana split with me.

So sorry to hear that. Prayers for all. :nun:

Oh boy, sorry to hear that Dale. :( Hopefully tomorrow will be better!!
    Yea on the good dinner!!

I made Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, with garlic bread.
It was really good. We haven't had that for awhile.

We'd ordered Pizza Hut yesterday for lunch, and it was Wing Wednesday. So I tacked on an small order of Boneless Garlic Parmesan Wings. I sliced those up and reheated them for the chicken portion of the dish.
It worked WONDERFULLY!!! That's a cheat/shortcut I'll definitely want to remember!!

Gosh gal, you're going to be glad to see the weekend too!
    Have a good dinner!!

Oh #3 please!! Thank you!!

Yum on the turkey burgers!! How do you season them, and what kind of oil are you frying them in?

Oh wow, that sounds awesome. Reminds me of when I was in college and worked in my favorite college bar/restaurant. The "chef in training" would take the broken pieces of chicken fingers (couldn't sell them), fry them up and make me a plate of alfredo. I was too poor for groceries. ;)

I use one of those silicone basting brushes to brush olive oil on both sides of the patty, then I just use a little bit of pepper on both sides. The pepper we are using now is the McCormick garlic pepper seasoning. I love that it has its own little grinder. Cook for about 3-4 minutes each side. We have the glass top stove and I set the burner to around 4.

Oh geez, that is awful. :( I'm sorry he puts you in that position. Smh.

Actually went through that at one time with a boss. Wasn't pretty.
Thankfully, his wife put the hammer down on him...so we heard. ;)

No, but I'd take that over the raspberry cheesecake frozen yogurt I had. It's good, but it's not ice cream. I would melt some pb and chocolate chips and put it over the vanilla :D

You're welcome :) We just started eating them after DH's issue and I almost prefer them over a regular burger. We dress them like burgers with pickles, tomato slice, slice of cheese and condiments. They are juicy and I think the turkey meat has a hint of sweetness to it.

I never thought myself to be a turkey person either. ;) Only at Thanksgiving or processed lunch meat. But these are really good.

Okay will stop raving about the turkey burgers now. Bwahaha
