Hey now. ;) Good for you for getting some extra needed zzz's.
    Good morning Sara.
I didn't sleep too well Tues. night, I know it was after 11 when I finally fell asleep, and then up at 5., worked yesterday, so no nap. I crashed hard last night.
I normally get about 7 hours sleep, 8 works best for my body though.
I don't know what it is about that extra hour, but it just makes a world of difference.
I should dicipline myself more and get to bed earlier. :)

    Good morning lurkers
    Good morning Lynn.

    Good morning Lori
I've been thinking you should get to bed earlier also ;)

    Good morning Lynn
    Good morning Dale.
I know, I've been thinking about it too.
I think that going to bed at 10, getting up at 5, (the days I work) is okay because...hey, that's 7 hours.
What I don't take into consideration is how long it takes to fall asleep.
When I was younger, I would fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow, I *sometimes* still do, but it's not often enough that I can rely on it. ;)
Often times I know it takes an hour for me to really fall asleep, and then if I have interrupted sleep (Rita/DH snoring), that snips away the sleep time even more.

Yeah, I really *do* need to get serious about my sleep schedule.
Maybe I wouldn't need all these naps if I actually did that.:)

I'm beginning to think the older we get the more sleep disruptions we tend to have :?:

    Oh, definitely.
DH says he can tell that I sleep a lot "lighter" than I used to.
I often go to bed before he does, and he can tell that I now "stir" when he comes to bed, he said it never used to phase me before, but now he can tell that it definitely disrupts my sleep, and often times, it just wakes me up.
His snoring never used to wake me up, it does now.

    :(

I'm sorry to hear that, wish it wasn't so :?:

Well, looks like DH is not leaving anytime soon so I guess we'll just battle for the bathroom as I really need to get dressed
