Good morning Dale, OBG, KC and lurkers. :) Thanks for breakfast, I'm starving today.

Hope you all have a blessed day. The boys scored tickets to the Bills game. Kiddo's first one, if you can believe that. I'm about to head to Walmart. Then, Dale, I will have some down time ;) well I gotta finish the laundry but I can do that at my own pace. Lolololol.

Yay!! Easy days are good ones ;)

Guess I'm not going to Harps this morning after all
DH's car won't start AGAIN :glare: so I now don't have a car as usual

Do have a load of laundry going.

Oh no, Dale. I'm sorry. That is crazy and I agree, time to find a new mechanic.

Home from WM, breakfast casserole in the oven, laundry going and I'm in my comfy clothes on the couch binge watching tv ;)

Yay! Bout time for some "you" time. ;)

Just waiting for my dryer to stop.
Just my :2c: but as a mechanic myself a shop gets 2 strikes :evil:and am finding somewhere else to do business with.:rules:
Agreed, but I didn't pick the shop DH did and he can be mighty stubborn

If it were just any old car I'd be ready to get rid of it but it's moms last Lincoln and there's sentimental attachment

:nun: I understand the sentimental aspect, as much as I personally dislike to go to a DEALERSHIP that does sound like the best bang for the buck right now for that car. They will be familiar with common problems/quirk for that make and model better than most any other shop would be. May cost more now:cry:, but should get it right and then give you reliable transportation for quite some time.:)

I hate dealerships, they give me a raging headache
But I personally wouldn't have messed around with anyone else for the Lincoln :(

Just my experience that for what ever reason Lincolns are better serviced at the dealer FWIW.

I know you have a heavy heart :( but there will ALWAYS be suffering somewhere/sometime. Everyone goes through that in one way or another, at one time or another. It's the good times that each person has , to get you through the not so good times. This is YOUR good time to get you through the next hard time (hoping it's not for a long time).

My sticking through a not so mentally good job is me attempting to prepare for what's ahead. I love that you guys are thinking of me or someone else in my place. ;)

    Sweet dreams , Lori

    Couldn't like that. :(
    I appreciate knowing that!

    Did Lori leave already?
No, just been busy getting stuff finished up around here. :)
Took Rita to the sitter's too. That took about an hour and a half...driving there and back, visiting a bit, and goodbyes.

Eating some PB toast, we're leaving between 3:30 and 4, we don't fly til 6 or 6:30. Airport isn't even a half hour from here. :)
