Good evening, everyone:wub:

It's been a week, for sure. I got off early today so I could do some more demo and fill a 16' trailer to haul to the dump tomorrow for free. Our town is having cleanup day and residents can bring their city utility bill and get one dump for free. So i got them a good one! Already hooked to my truck and I'm going to get there early as it'll be packed with folks wanting to dump. Making some good progress, but have a ways to go. I know what my weekend is going to be like.

You all have a great evening and a terrific, restful weekend. Oh, KC, congrats on the raise! I remember those things. Just haven't had one in many a year. Of course, I haven't punched a time clock in 15 years.

Getting ready to go out. Taking DW out for steak dinner for our anniversary, which was a couple of days ago.

Good evening all.
Wow, put me down as another who had a super long day, maybe not in hours, as in overtime, but in...how long will this day go on!
Started my online training for the new software program at work.
Beyond that, just typical springtime stress that goes with working at a lawn equipment dealership...this too shall pass. ;)
Will be bored to death come late fall. ;)

Dale, you sound busy with Bela. Hope they have a good time at the zoo tomorrow. Are you going with them??

Hiya Joey, I hear ya, not all that chatty myself tonight. :)

OBG, your dinner plans sound wonderful!!
Chili cheese dogs here. ;)

Hi Sara, hope you're finally relaxing!! :)

Paul, that's great that you can dump that load for free tomorrow!!
Happy anniversary, hope your dinner was nice!

...sigh, ready to go soak as soon as I finish up here in the kitchen, just a few dishes to rinse.
Will swing back by later. :)

In your nightmares
And Bela is here for the weekend, going to the zoo tomorrow with DH’s church folk. For now she requires attention. ;)
Have fun with Bela :)

No thank goodness I’m not going, going to be in the 80’s tomorrow

Sorry you’re having to deal with that at work especially right now during your busy season :(

I’ll swing by to say good night if Bela goes down at a decent time :)

Good morning Dale and KC

Glad you don’t have to go to work KC and can tackle stuff around the house.

Happy Anniversary, @pwheeler Hope you two had a great dinner! That’s great you’ll be able to unload for free!

Dale, hope Bela has a great time at the zoo :)

Lori, hope you’re training isn’t too bad. Does it calm down a bit once the springtime rush hits? Or is it crazy busy all spring/summer?

Went over to help my son again tonight, went to hang a new hunter fan in one of the bedrooms and found out they installed the old with one drywall screw holding it up in a plastic box.
Wow, that's scary!! What is wrong with people??

    Good morning all.
Sitting having my first cuppa...not ready to get moving yet.

Oh boy Dale. So much for quiet morning time.

Thanks for the morning cuppa KC, hope your projects go well. :)

Thanks Sara, I hope so too.
There are videos to watch and a workbook that includes "homework" then online tests for the different categories within the system.
As far as how busy it will be, and for how long, depends on the weather. If we get lots of rain, or enough that the grass keeps growing, it will be busy well into summer.
Normally, by July, sometimes mid June, the rain slows down, then it will slow down.
This time of year it just all depends on if we get bad storms too. Fingers crossed, but so far we haven't had anything very bad. I did see a chance of storms for a few days next week though.
It seems busier because service is short handed, parts is generally always steadily busy, our office is hectic because of the pending system change over, and the office gal going into semi-retirement, training the new gal, and the normal office stuff that just never ends...
It's like anywhere else, you go down a couple people and things get interesting.

Sounds like that was rough getting your first cuppa(normally requires silence and lack of activities)
Yes, silence and stillness is much appreciated

I’m sure Bela will have a blast and Mimi can get a few things done before I have to go pick her up ;)
