Probably nothing much, cook some stuff to cover the next three days. How about yourself?

Going to make a bunch of hamburger patties to put some in the freezer and some on the grill for lunch. Also going to have a brisket for dinner, we will probably smoke that on the grill later Not much else going on for today except relax and have a few Corona’s

Thankfully the humidity is only 45% atm.

Not really , I was kind of surprised but guess a lot of folks are cooking out today

Baking a lemon cake , later I’ll make some lemon glaze for it


Last time I looked it was 92, probably higher now. ... I’m staying inside

2 garbage cans, 3 contractor bags, 2 car seats (straps cut), huge box full of cardboard to be recycled all ready for garbage day, $15 in bottles/cans returned to store What a bunch of slobs we are. Showered, fed and ready for bed.
