Went to bed earlier last night, but still dragging this morning...sometimes I think just the thought of the day ahead makes me tired. ...at least it'll just be a 4 day week for me. My dad called to say he and his wife are coming to visit this weekend, so I took Friday off to spend time with them.

Dale, sorry you didn't sleep well...hope you have an easy day.

MEGA long phone call with my sister.
It had been awhile since we had talked...y'all can rest easy now, I think we solved the world's problems though!

Had rotisserie chicken, mashed sweet potatoes, and some French bread (from the bakery at the next little town over).
Kitchen is all cleaned up and I'm heading to soak.

Phew, we all will sleep soundly tonight glad you got to catch up with your sister. ohmygosh, we haven’t had rotisserie chicken in forever. Sounds scrumptious with the mashed sweet tators.

Long tiring day here too...I actually fell asleep in my recliner for a little while when I first got home.

From my experience, sisters are overrated...but then I had a horrible, psycho sister so maybe I'm not the best one to ask.

Sara, keeping my fingers crossed for kiddo when he does finally get to try out.
