In your nightmares
Hiya everyone :)

Worked 7 nights in a row, I have 2 nights off. Hip is still giving me an issue although it is starting to get better. Dr has me on a 8 hour restriction until 9/26. Feels good to be back in the working class again for now lol.

Sorry I have not been around much, hope you are all doing well :)

Good morning Dale and lurkers

Thanks everyone. We had a nice dinner. Wish it weren’t Monday already.

We miss you, Joey  That is great news that it’s starting to get better. I hope it continue to improve.

Sounds like it was a decent weekend for all with the exception of the missed potty cleanup. Eeek, Angel.

Shad, sorry your manager is a jerk. I agree, they can really bring people down. I hope something changes for you in a positive way.

Hope you all have a fabulous Monday. who am I kidding, hope it’s tolerable for everyone.

    Good morning all.

Dale, I've been hungry for spaghetti, going to have to make it this week!

Oh Angel, your project sounded fun...not. :(
I'll have to try it soon.
My stitching friend from Louisiana said exactly the same thing you did.

Great idea on the fruit gnats! They're miserable this time of year! I think there's some sort of trap you can build too.
Like you said, bait them, then they go in a bottle or jar and can't get back out.

Joey, so glad you checked in, was wondering how things were going. Hope you get stronger as each day/week passes. :nun: I know you've been ready to get back to work for a very long time.

Glad you had a nice dinner Sara.
I agree with your Monday sentiments!!

Welp, I'm off to get eat breakfast and get ready.
Have a good/tolerable day all.

    Good morning lovely lurkers.

Definitely did not get enough sleep...just couldn't fall asleep for some reason and when I finally did seems the dang alarm was going off...will need lots of coffee to keep me going!

Joey, glad to hear things are getting better for you...I'm sure they'll continue to as your body adjusts to the physical activity...fingers crossed for you that it happens sooner rather than later.

Sara, I agree 100% about Monday...just hoping to make it through in one piece. ;)

    Have a good day all!

Well made it thru Monday in one piece, but was definitely a Monday...felt like I was being pulled in several directions at once all day...so just another typical day at work. :p:rolleyes:

KC, yay for a day off...hope it was a good one.

I like spaghetti...haven't had any in a while, so would probably taste pretty good...need to go see what I'm gonna eat for dinner...didn't realize it was so late.

    Good evening lurkers

    Joey, I bet it does.

Ahh gotcha Dale. Yeah if we ate it a lot I’d prolly feel the same way. We try for one pasta dish a week. Raviolis/tortellini, spaghetti, alfredo or lasagna. Don’t think I’ve ever made ghoulash for the boys. For me growing up it was usually elbow or rotini, sauce, ground beef, mozzarella cheese and baked til cheese was melted. Mmm. I only wish I could eat pasta every day

Woot!! Angel....we survived another Monday! :)

Helped kiddo make dinner, cleaned up kitchen, couple loads of laundry and went through crap on the counter. Not even school time yet and there are papers galore on the counter.

Time to get ready for bed. Sweet dreams lurkers

Well, the forum is acting up for me.
I started to type out a post and it locked up, had to close out and when I came back, it had erased all. the emoji/responses, whatever those are called.
Re-entered one, and it just lagged getting it to "take", so consider everything properly responded to with the proper emoji...thingie.

Survived Monday as well, wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Definitely having pasta in some form tomorrow night!! Thanks everyone.

Shoulda grabbed quotes, but prob wouldn't have made it this far tonight.

    ...anyway...Sweet dreams to all.
