Good morning Dale, Bob, KC, Paul and lurkers

Paul, hope the missus is feeling better today. Fingers crossed you get everything accomplished today that you need to.

Feeling a wee bit sluggish this morning. It’s so dark outside (raining) it looks like it’s 7pm instead of 8am :glare: off to get some caffeine.

Good morning KC  Bet you were tired :)

Good morning, Dale, bigbob, KC and Lurkers! My second cuppa coffee done. Thinking about some breakfast, but just not hungry yet. My helper is coming in another hour and a half and we're going to hit it again. Have a great day!
Good morning Paul  Hope the day is cooperative for you and you get lots accomplished :)

Pray the wife is doing well.

Not long at all, took longer to drive there than to do

Stopped at Wendy’s and got a chicken sandwich for lunch, just finished that and contemplating a nap ... but I have chicken in the oven  Stuff that will mostly be frozen for later.

But of course :nah: Hopefully the customer was appreciative.

Hard boiled egg and a salad for lunch for me. Usually put the egg in the salad but ate it separately, with a little Himalayan salt, today. :D

Kiddo is making a chicken stir fry with Jasmine rice for dinner. Veggies will be mushrooms, zucchini and summer squash...gotta use em up. ;)

Hope everyone is having a lovely Saturday!

Sounds great Sara :thumb: I’m going to see how steaks do on this little grill for supper :) Salad and maybe a baked potato.

    Good evening all.

Gosh, guess I completely missed yesterday.
Lol, not shocking...I feel like I'm in a fog this week.
I blame allergies. Thankfully we're getting a good rain today to wash it all away for a bit.
They've been harvesting corn and beans, both are dead, dry and yellow when they harvest...crisp.
So it's super dusty if you're out driving, I've caught it a few nights this week...my nose has not been happy.

Paul, hope it all goes well and you're able to get the tasks accomplished that you want before you get super busy.

Sara, nope...no 2nds, maybe an extra bite of a sausage when putting away the leftovers, but no, not another helping for sure.
Oh wow, why do they do new computers before new servers?? Thankfully there are patches!!

Dale, glad you didn't have to stay long.
Great that you're cooking extra, and good thing you like chicken!

Oh Angel, I'm sure you were happy for quitting time yesterday!! Hopefully you can get some rest this weekend and recharge!!

Okay, I should've grabbed quotes, that's all I remember.

Have had a semi lazy day. Normal daily tasks, loads of laundry, but lots of rest in between.
Rainy and grey now, but was really sunny and breezy, but hot earlier. I think the rain was supposed to bring a brief cool off.
Saw that next Friday fall will arrive here, temperature wise.
The forecast high is supposed to only be 65.

Hope your little grill worked well. Sounds yummy. We added green beans and a salad to supper. The recipe I used for stir fry is for 4 lunch containers. Figured that wouldn’t feed the three of us (more like the two of them) Plus I told DH to get enough beans for two meals. He bought for 4. No biggie, trying to add more veggies to dinners. Kiddo threw another tantrum, whatev. I told him if he was content on eating Kraft mac n cheese when he was on his own, whatever. Not worth the fight. He did end up making the green beans with little instruction and set the table without me asking. KIDS!!

Ewww, can’t see how anyone’s nose would like all that dust. :( I’m sorry. I’m guessing it’s all men in charge ;) I know I’m not super tech savvy, but even I would install servers first. Bwahaha. Yes, thank goodness for patches. We managed to get through the day. Computers crashed once. I’ll take your 65 any day. We had rain and 50s :( spouses to be a bit warmer tomorrow. I see the leaves changing. Double :(

Time to clean up kitchen and switch laundry.

Hi Lori. I’ve missed you

Don’t envy you that crop dust, bad enough without that :(

Yep we like chicken, good thing too because it was about all we could afford for years ;)

It worked great but I guess I should have gotten a bigger one. Supposed to make four servings but I could only get one steak at a time on it  Kind of like your stir fry ;)

Why does kiddo keep having tantrums while cooking?

They eat a lot of take out right?
yeah probably. Because they are addicted to electronics.

He is not allowed the iPad until the weekend and then that’s all he wants to do unless he has soccer. He ends up losing it every weekend because he can be a little turd.

Every dang weekend. Super book smart, no common sense.
Oh no! I’d rather have common sense than book smarts any day :( Book smart you can fix but common sense, you either have it or you don’t seems like

And perfectionist. So he gets irritated quickly if he doesn’t get something right the first time around.
Ahhh ... that explains a lot.
