For me, I think it's the weather. The leaves on the trees are beautiful this time of year but it's also a reminder that cold and snow are coming. I probably suffer from SAD. I thought about buying one of those SAD lights to see if it helps.

Oh, that's definitely a part of mine as well.
I get it every year. I so dread all the grey days coming...at least we don't get all the snow and ice that you do.
We closed the pool Sunday, and that prob triggered it for me.
Make sure you get your Vit. D, and your B's.
We don't have any fall color here yet.

Thanks everyone for the comments on the pictures! I had told the family to not have them sing to me but too late when they plopped that sombrero on my head! Lol I got a free fried ice cream from the restaurant but Colton ate it. Noah got the cherry that was on top. All in all it was a great day! Back to reality today though.
