Good morning everyone :)

We have plans on going to bil’s house Christmas day for an early dinner. They have a small house and they tend to invite to many people over o_O. As I get older I really don’t like being crowded much especially when among people I hardly know.

Have a great day everyone :)
Hiya Joey

I agree!!! I’m sorry. Hopefully you can cut out early! I’m hate crowds anywhere these days. Believe it or not, I’m not a small talker

My brother got DH tickets to a Sabre’s game for Christmas. I said, “oh are you going with him??” He replied, “nope, I have to work”:-x:mad::-x so now I have to find a sitter because you know DH isn’t going to take kiddo :nah:

Good evening Lori, Joey and Sara :)

We had a great day but I was wiped out come 3 o’clock when everyone started leaving. DH and I both headed to bed  Unfortunately I got up feeling pretty ill :(

Did I tell y’all Bela threw up last night between 10:30 and 11? Just as I was about to head to bed  Had to clean that up and comfort her, just one of those things. She got up this morning fine.

why wouldn’t your DH take kiddo Sara? :(

I don’t like crowds either but it was just close family for us. :)

Oh, and son made it about 1 o’clock :thumb:

    Good morning Lurkers

I’m so glad you had a wonderful day with family and that Bela hasn’t come down with anything. There is a lot going around these days. Woot that your son got there early :)

DH and kiddo are like siblings. Always bickering. Once upon a time they used to do things together but as kiddo got older and more moody, DH prefers a buffer to be there with them. This too shall pass, I know it’s the age.

I like watching games from the comfort of my own living room. That way I don’t have to deal with drunk fans spilling their beer on me or crowding me in my seat. getting in and out of the arena is a pita.

Hope everyone has a lovely day!!

I know, I hear there's a scary flu out there this year!

I'm with you, movies are better at home than in a theater ... course I'm just a cheapskate

Good morning Dale  Merry Christmas week to you and yours as well. Love the buffet and heartwarming quotes. Thank you for that.

Hahaha unless you go to one of those movie theaters with the reclining seats  that makes it all worth it

Thank you :) DH and I will exchange a couple gifts Christmas Day since nothing else will be happening.

Never experienced that, last time I was in a theater that I remember DS was 6 months old (he’s 31 )

    Good evening Dale

Awwwww, she is super cute. Like a little stuffed animal. Hard watching them get older.

Our plans have changed and changed again. I’m ok with it though. We will go to my moms in the morning, head over to my grandpa’s in the afternoon and then spend the evening here, just the 3 of us. Guess we are celebrating with DH’s family on the 29th.

We have 2 major theaters here and from what I hear, both now offer screens that have recliners instead of the regular stadium seating. The pros: more comfortable, you pick your seat when you order your tickets, less crowded as the seats are a good size. Cons: less seating than a regular theatre so you need to order tickets early. We don’t go that often anymore.

    I’m whooped. Sweet dreams

    Good morning lurkers

Hahaha, yes you can order tickets online, for both places, I think.

I’m sorry Dale, I should clarify those plans are for Christmas Day. I’m working today and tomorrow. We were supposed to host Christmas dinner but DH’s parents decided they were going to eat with his sister. Must not like my food ;) kidding. I figured no point in doing what we do every Sunday (family dinner) and take my step dad away from his dad on Christmas, so we will eat there. Less cleaning for me :w00t::laugh::lol:

Hope you all have a lovely Monday!!

    Good evening Dale

Just sat down! I’m plum tuckered out. Got my cutouts baked, thinking I will either skip the decorating, or we will be frosting them the day after Christmas  Darn that Thanksgiving being so late this year. Hmmmpphfff

Hope everyone had a nice day.
    Hi Sara
Maybe kiddo could decorate by himself ;) When’s he out for Christmas break?

Guess today was nice, got a lot done.
