Well this morning didn’t go so well. Found out last night one of DH’s coworkers is in the hospital with Covid. Doctor decided not to do my lab work this morning and we’re quarantined for the next 10 to 14 days ... if we don’t get sick. Also had to do the testing thing, not fun!
And my blood pressure was 202/94.

They kept telling me to breathe but I couldn’t Yep, it’s bad

Doesn’t hurt just terribly uncomfortable. He changed the bp med today but all he did was add a diuretic ... like I don’t pee enough
The first week or two will be rough on you then you’ll be back in fine form
