Good evening lurkers it’s been a long week, Fri-Fri. Thank goodness it’s Happy Fri-Yay!!

Kiddo and I were exposed to covid two weeks ago. Found out last Friday. Tested Saturday, got my results yesterday and his today. Negative. Was sent home from work Friday afternoon and went back yesterday after getting my results. Quite the roller coaster with emotions and dealing with HR. Such a relief that everything turned out ok.

I’m glad to hear your bp is on the way down, Dale. Hoping it continues that trend and the meds are exactly what you need for now.

Yep, I stayed fairly busy today cleaning up for the weekend when I do nothing We got a little bitty rain mid-afternoon, didn’t amount to anything but the cloudiness kept the temperature down. Of course the sun is out now raising the humidity

Thanks. Very happy to be covid free. Kiddo’s friend is doing good (the one we were exposed to) mild temp and a bit of GI issues. Hopefully that comes to an end soon.

Ugg, humidity and hell holes. Summer will be over before you know it and yes, hopefully the temps comes down with it. Even though the factory might be a little cooler it still sucks though.

How many more days til you have another 2 off?

I already feel like summer is leaving us. August hasn’t been anywhere near as hot as July was and the pool temp has dropped significantly. Wish it could be summer HERE year round.
