Brisket has been in the oven for 5 hrs at 250f thinking it is close to being done. Not sure how it is going to turn out, Sue did the seasoning on the meat she did everything by eye so I am lost

I do measurements by eye also, now giving Dannielle a crash course in cooking. Already taught her how to make a sauce, I need to adjust the measurements a little. Not easy going from eyeballing it to actual measurements
