Good morning Dale and Lurkers

Waiting on coffee to brew o_O
    Good morning Joey
    Hard waiting isn’t it?

Good morning Dale and Joey

Had hoped to sleep in so I shut my alarm off. Thank you Mother Nature with your annoying light show and thunder boomers :w00t:

Mmm. I could go for some garlic bread right now but I will settle for blueberry waffles and bacon ;)

I had limited cooking skills when I got married. I could make basic foods: chicken breast in the oven, spaghetti and meatballs, scrambled eggs. Definitely have broadened my horizons watching cooking shows and trying recipes over the years. I prefer recipes with videos. Still learning how to use spices and yeast.
    Good morning Sara

Mom wouldn’t teach me and DD wouldn’t learn o_O
DS did though, he’s a good cook and DD has learned too :thumb:

PSUs are fairly inexpensive and easy to replace. Check out Newegg. Probably find one for less than 50 bucks as long as you don't opt for top of the line.
Long time no see retired! Hope all is well with you

Hiya, Retired :) It’s been a bit, hope all is well.

Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives is fun to watch. I really like The Kitchen, it’s on here at 11 on Saturdays. Valerie’s Home Cooking is another good one. They cook normal meals with mostly normal ingredients. Chopped is fun too but can’t say I’ve ever tried to recreate those dishes  but watching how they cook and what they use can be useful.

This is an older computer with win7 on it wife bought it refurbed for $150 a few years ago. It is not really worth the time to search for it when it craps out I will buy another cheap refurb with win10 so I dont have to worry about buying the os.

    Good afternoon lurkers

Awww Joey. What a cutie!! Hope her first day went well!

    Kiddo goes back Friday.
Sara she is being home schooled the 1st semester she had an easy day. The teacher keeps sending out emails confusing me. 1 email should be enough each day

Awww shucks, Joey. I don’t know why I’d forgotten that part. Well, I’m glad it was easy for her. Sorry it sounds like chaos for you. Imagine it will be a few weeks to get the kinks worked out.

Our district actually starts Thursday. Since he physically goes on Friday, I’m not sure what their plan for him is on Thursday, yet. :glare:

@Sara Love can you tell me about your air fryer make, model, how big is it, maybe take a picture of it for me please :)
I have the Cuisinart TOA 60. It’s a combo toaster over/air fryer. I went that route vs the egg shaped ones to replace our toaster oven on the counter. Difference between TOA 60 and TOA 65 is mine has knobs you turn and the trays are handwash only, the other one is digital with stainless steel trays you can put in the dishwasher.

Lemme go find a pic of it. It fits under the upper cabinets with gap above of maybe 3 inches and is no wider than our old toaster oven. I do pull it out from under the cabinet and away from the wall when using.
