I buy the tubes of tomato paste it costs a little more than the cans do but there is no waste if you only need a little bit of paste

Looked at my days off schedule I have to work on my birthday and Halloween Corn season is almost over next up will be mixed veg until the end of November

If this turns out to be a good thing I will change up how we do tomatoes next year. Try to get the skins off in bigger pieces and maybe multitask by getting them right on the trays.

I would keep your eye out next March for canning supplies. Ball stopped shipping 10/1 through 3/31 because they can’t keep up.

I dont like some of the new normal myself, this year has shown me who my real friends are and the ones I considered my friends that are not. This includes my family also!!!

Nice!! How are they doing with the aluminum shortage? Are you guys running low on cans?

People fall into that learning category too. I’m sorry you are having to cut some loose.
