I stopped sending cards years ago, stamps got too high

DH must have purchased double the Santa stamps last year. I have enough to do at least another year. But I agree. The cost is crazy to send a letter/card. Especially when card prices are outrageous these days. Started drawing cards during the pandemic because I wasn’t going to the store to buy them. Working on laundry, hand washed dishes that can’t go in the dishwasher. Need to vacuum and find some winter paper for kiddo and I to make some snowflakes. (Advent family activity for today) thinking grilled cheese and soup for dinner. Easy peasy.
Today it’s mid 40s with sun but I think your rain will be here in the next day or so.

Me not so much, having a painful flare up so didn’t do the bbq. DH made bacon and eggs for supper. He spoils me

Crappy weather here, sloppy snow the wet heavy kind. Temps are above freezing so should be gone later.
Not really feeling in the mood to do much of anything, still have gifts coming in so have more wrapping to do. Work decided not to do a Christmas party this year, they gave out $100 gift cards instead which made me happy since I never went to the parties anyway
Pork loin in the crock pot with baby carrots, potatoes and onions. We got 50lbs of bacon last night for $50
