    :lol: Got a later start than I would have liked but the chili was in the crockpot around 9:30.

    Hoping to make some cornbread to go with.

    :lol: very true, Dale. But a later start means thinner chili even with tomato paste and tomato powder. Oh well, it will thicken up over night and make for good leftovers. Corn bread just came out of the oven so it’s dinner time. :drool:

    I like it but not hot.
    I cheat, I use a mild chili seasoning packet and a can of mild rotel. When I make it for the whole family (haven’t done that in almost a year) I put out different hot sauces if they want it spicier. I like certain things hot (wings) but not chili.
