Hope nothing touched down or minimal damage if it did.

Back to work, little nervous as NYS dropped the mask mandate effective today. Our county officials have been silent on whether they will still require masks. I am not vaccinated yet and have no plans at this point. Not an anti-vaxxer just not comfortable with it at this time.

Haven’t read any news so I don’t know anything.
I’m sure you are nervous. I would be too! I’m with you on the vaccine.

I’ll be wearing a mask for sometime regardless of what officials decide.

They have decided to go along with the state. The spineless politicians they are couldn’t even be bothered to make a formal announcement. They replaced the masks required signs with masks required if you aren’t fully vaccinated ones. Fortunately today most people still wore them.

Supper was good tonight, grilled pork chops, fresh corn on the cob and fried potatoes with onions.

Went to a pizzeria here for lunch that was recommended by a coworker for pizza. I really liked their sauce it was freshly made, I went back for dinner for a chicken parmigiana sub. Really enjoyed both, wish they were in Illinois I would definitely go back.

One more day here I will be done with training

Ohh Dale sorry about your peonies. Those are such beautiful flowers. We hit 89 today although our thermostat said it was 91. It was hot and humid.

same here it was so hot and humid...I turned the fan up to high and had a second mini fan blowing on me....around 1pmish the ac kicked on, so that means it was HOT outside (it's a window unit and I swear it goes by the outside temp not the inside temp, because like at night when it's cooler outside but it's still roasting inside it won't kick on) because I have it turned way far up so that it wouldn't kick on...I ended up turning it down a bit so that it would kick on because it was just unbearable in here

And our wettest in a long time But we can certainly use it since we’ve been in a drought for quite a few years.
