Peach cobbler, salsa, ice cream. DH told me tonight he wants to can half, freeze half. I said then we do it early. Lol I had heard about The Peach Truck tour (they come from Georgia), so I checked out their website to see if they come to our area and sure enough they do. It was $45 for 25lbs and we thought why not try it. They get rave reviews and now I have 25lbs sitting out on my counter to ripen. Lolol
