    ‘Good afternoon guys :)

Settled for a turkey sandwich and some chips ;)

DH usually stops on his way home from dropping kiddo off at my folks or from work.

Nope, I got chips, crackers and ice cream :D
Yep you went for a junk run!

Good morning Dale and Sara

We had corned beef hash with eggs and roasted potatoes for dinner last night :drool: I need to go to the store later if I feel better, my head is all stuffy
    Hi Joey
Sorry your head is stuffy, hope it passes quickly and doesn’t amount to anything.

yay!! I know you can use the rain. :)

I’m off today, had a vacation day scheduled.

Finished mowing the lawn, took DH to the bank and drug store, about to head outside for some sun. Hopefully. The mosquitos are so bad this summer.
Oh I’m happy to hear that  Bet the mowing went just fine ;)

I don’t spend much time outdoors any more so not sure about mosquitoes but we’ve had dragonflies out back for months, not sure where they came from or what they find so fascinating about our back steps :?: Maybe I should look underneath there

Good evening lurkers  Welcome @GREEN ZOMBIE :)

While it doesn't look like a professional cut the lawn, it’s cut. ;) Hopefully going forward I can just cut without the sweeper because that is a royal pain.

Dragonflies are good...I thought lol. They keep some other pests away.

Made hamburger stroganoff for dinner. Yum!! One of my favorites. DH doesn’t care for it so we maybe have it once a year. Lol

Huh, I didn’t know that about dragonflies :?:

And we’re the opposite, DH loves stroganoff and I don’t  But I eat it anyway.

I like the “poor man’s” version. Uses ground beef, cream of mush soup, mushrooms, onions, sour cream over pasta. I don’t think I would like chunks of beef in a mushroom gravy over noodles/potatoes.

Yup, I was right in my thinking. Dragonflies eat 100s of mosquitoes a day in addition to other insects. :thumb:
