    Good morning Dale

Thank you for breakfast and quotes. Sure do wish more people practiced kindness.

No rest for the weary ;) Left the produce stand with potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower. Hit the grocery store for milk and now I have 4 packages of mushrooms for dehydrating.

    Joey, how are you feeling?
Yum for potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower :thumb: Mushrooms :nah::laugh:

Hoping to double the amount of twice baked from what we did last year. Unless I make mashed and freeze because the ones we cubed for mashed had a weird consistency.

Ohhh that’s right......You loooooove mushrooms. I’ll be sure to send you some ;) kidding.
Good luck :thumb: Not sure if I’ve had a twice baked

Kalli sure is growing, had her, mom and dad and Bela today :)

Glad to hear you’re doing ok, Joey!

    omgosh, Dale. That sweet face......:hubba:

Twice baked: pat whole potato with olive oil, bake until tender, cut in half the long way and scoop out the insides. Mix with whatever you like (cheese, sour cream, veggies, chives, bacon etc) fill the halves with the mixture and either bake again for a little bit longer or wrap with plastic wrap and put in freezer bags or vacuum seal to bake a second time at a later date. So good and super easy side. Good way to finish a bag of potatoes before they go bad too.
