Hi honey, I'm home:) Just heard the coffeemaker finish, I think a cup of caramel cappuccino is in order with one of these orange cranberry scones... then I will consider what supper is going to look like tonight.

I'll head down to the ranch tomorrow after work. Youngest DS birthday was this past week so we are supposed to go out to supper Saturday night. o_O

Bruce is going to thaw a pork roast, hamburger and chicken and we are going to go on a cooking spree. Planning chicken enchiladas, pork carnitas, beef enchiladas, chicken and noodles and a big pot of chili. We can split it up into containers and I will bring some home with me and leave some there for him. That way we can both have home cooked meals.:p

We will probably bring the grand girls home after we go out Saturday night so they can help cook and visit some. I think they will like the orange cranberry scones. I took them spiced apple scones last time I went down. Those went over very well for our tea party.:D

I'm sure you are right Dale. Having a weekend without travel is becoming a favorite thing of mine.

It will be a lot of work, but they are all favorite foods of mine. If I have the meats all ready, the girls will be tickled with the chance to help "make" them all. They enjoy cooking with us.

We have a nice little grocery store just down from me here. They always have at least 2 kinds of scones in the bakery. Lately one has always been pumpking... I don't always like pumpkin as much as the rest of the world I guess. However, all the rest of the flavors have been excellent!:D
