I wrote Dan last night. I want to mail his cooler back to him. I asked him if next time he comes here if he would like to meet so I could save the $12 it was going to cost to mail it. I still am not sure exactly what happened that made him change so much. He said it was not my fault and that he was sorry. I couldn't think of anything I needed to apologize for. It was nice to talk to him and I even said if he was ever here and needed a place to stay and shower, he was welcome here.

I did make it clear that I only wanted to work on having a friendship. I did like him and had some really great fun with him. I think the main problem we had was I am not ready to commit and he was (too fast if you ask me).

His little dog that had surgery is doing great and his sister that was in the hospital with COPD is not smoking to the best of his knowledge. It was good to catch up. His back is a little better and he is back to driving. He was out of work for two weeks and said he was still not getting many good trips. I hope he was not hinting at a loan. Why would he tell me that he is behind on payments and bounced a check? I just said I was sorry and I hope things get better for him soon.

I have got to stop going to Temu. I have another order going. It is amazing how many things I have found that I did not even know I needed.

Good morning Rat2 and lurkers

I left work at 2, Dale. Busy afternoon/evening that’s for sure. Dentist, home, soccer game, home to grab my car and follow Dh to repair shop (hopefully it’s just his battery and not his starter , stopped to grab his rental (he has a road trip tomorrow but not an overnighter thank goodness) Got home close to 10.

Uggg, Rat2. That sucks about Dan. I would definitely steer clear of helping him with money.

I want to continue to help anyone I can that deserves it. I have learned my lesson the hard way in the past and have lost too much money. It takes me a little longer to learn.

It just throws up a flag when a man talks about his money problems because I would think with the male ego, it would be embarrassing. But what do I know? I am just learning.

I know and I really don't understand it. I think I am awfully fun to be around because of my weird sense of humor and I have never met a stranger but I am no SugarMama.

I am so lucky that I do not have a mortgage and I have paid for vehicles. I am okay right now but one day I may have to go back to work. I hope that I do not but one never knows. I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. I am just enjoying my freedom for the first time in my life.

I am smarter than I look. It does throw up a flag when someone is so fast to offer their devotion to you. That is why I keep a list. heehee It helps me to know which direction my path is going if you know what I mean. Sort of helps me keep level-headed. I know how gullible and naive I am and that is something I am slowly learning but I still want to keep my same value and how I treat people. I truly believe if you are good to people and do good things that it comes back to you. I also am a firm believer in KARMA.

But honest to goodness, I have told everyone I have met that I am not interested in a relationship. I just want to do things that make me happy.

Now all that would vanish if I ever meet a man that looks like Aquaman.

It is hard learning things at my age that I should have learned forty-five years ago. I also value the opinion of everyone here. When I tell people about my vaping group, I tell them how much I feel like they are family to me. You know every family has a nut in it. That would be me!

I think you’re doing great Rat2, just keep being careful and you’ll be fine. Knowing yourself is the most important part of changing yourself.

Yeah saved the face got a few scrapes on my arm but all in all I was lucky.

dale, Knock on wood (or my head) but I have not fallen lately. I am so glad that you did not get hurt worse than you did. Sending good thoughts that you are not sore in the morning. That happens to me sometimes, depending on how I fall.

Was it a casual dress or a church dress? Inquiring minds want to know. . .

My last order from Temu is coming in 2 packages. I get one tomorrow and one Friday. I am so looking forward to the Friday one because it has a shirt that I would like to wear this weekend. I hope it fits because it is so me. Not flamingo this time. Is leopard. My other favorite color.

Had to fill up today and it was .26 cents more than the last time I got gas. It was $3.44. Don't know what made it jump up again but it is ridiculous.

I went to Walmart today and they had one size small in white capri pants so I grabbed them. And they were marked down too. My cousin said last weekend my pants were starting to get baggy again. I don't want to lose any more weight. I think I am about the size I was in kindergarten.

I tried on my aunts new shorts because I liked them and wanted a pair. They were size 6 and believe it or not, they were too big. My white shorts are size 4 but I thought they were just the wrong size.

Had the leftover shrimp and a tomato sandwich for supper. It was pretty tasty. I ended up walking 18,000 steps today because I did 10 at the gym and it was so nice here, after supper I went out and walked. I finished my book and lost track of time and put on another 8,000 steps. The book was good.

The sun had started going down and I did not even break a sweat. Wish it could be that way every day. It was not near as humid as it has been.

I’m doing ok, just tired lately. Had Monday and Tuesday off so back into a 6 day grind until my next days off.

12 hour days have got to be challenging. No wonder you are tired. Good to hear from you. I was getting worried. Hope the rest of your work week goes fast.

Awakened to sprinkling. I bet my 2 tomato plants are happy. I have not been watering them as I should. We really need rain so I am glad to see whatever we get. 97 is still hot though.

Not sure what I am going to do today. Right now my coffee is all I am thinking about.

And maybe the partial order I am getting from Temu today. heehee

Glad to hear from you Joey! Take care of yourself.

One good thing about being short and fat with thick bones I never have far to fall girls No I’m not sore this morning. I do have a tiny scrape on my knee that is annoying me but it’s no biggie

The dress is supposedly casual but it is easily dressed up Rat2. When I tried it on I realized I had the perfect belt to make a drape between the bust and waist since as a shorty it was long on me. I’m happy with it.

I don’t think I’ll be buying much clothing from Temu though as the sizing is not very accurate across the board.

I made one order from Temu. Just 3 things. A small bathroom rug I think will fit, a veggie chopper and a pkg of kitchen sponges. Nothing exciting.
