probably out loud. Since I had surgery years and years ago, I don't have that much back pain anymore unless I overdo. I had a wonderful doctor and physical therapist that taught me a lot about keeping my weight down, stomach fat(it pulls your spine out of line) low and to watch how I walk. And stretching exercises have been a lifesaver.This is from the Pain Science site, spot #2 is one that has worked for me, seriously...I thought it was a flipping miracle the first time. Again, I just need to DO it...

I did purchase the Pain Science online book for low back pain, it's well worth the $, but there is also LOADS of free articles there you can read too!! It's just kind of an overwhelming site because of all of the info.
