Good evening everyone
Not on purpose, Dale. Although I'm about to set the lilac tree on fire which has a nest in it. Those rascals are sitting on my side mirrors (both sides) and pooping on the mirror and down the side of the car. I have hosed it off 3x and they keep doing it. Never happened until this year and they've had the nest in there for several. Upon further inspection, I do believe we may have a slightly bigger issue. So I looked out the window when it got brighter out and realized that vent already has some sort of guard on it. Which means the noise I heard or thought I heard, was not a bird. I turned the fan on for showers and left it on all day.
Now I'm wondering if in fact I heard the noise, was it indeed coming from inside the house and not outside the window and if it wasn't a critter outside, was it a mouse inside? Arghhh. We do not have the money right now to be having pest control come out to inspect the entire house for "phantom" noises.
Rat2, what a cute visitor. Sorry you are in the hacking stage but I'm sure glad your fever broke. Our plans this weekend are dinner with Dh's parent's tomorrow. His mom picked the Olive Garden which is awesome because we still have gc's for there. Then on Sunday, we are going to a mid morning brunch with my mom. Then weather permitting we will do a 3 mile walk around her neighborhood. Yep, gonna do another 3 mile.
It will take longer than an hour this time for sure because it will be more of a leisure walk.

I caught him and set the little guy free. I wish I could have kept it on the back porch. He was cute.
Although DH brought me a gardenia bush I hope we get in the ground over the weekend, the one I had finally died from the weather
