Sigh, DH had a fever last night, he’s been coughing for over a month now. Went to the doctor once already at my insistence but nothing changed even with antibiotics and two other prescriptions . Dreading catching it from him, praying for God’s protection!

A month of coughing isn't something contagious, but he does need to go back and get the doc off his hind end. Start insisting they dig a little deeper this time.

Yeah I know, I’m working on him! Also asking him to get his arteries checked out for blockage, he gets breathless really easily. He’s 3 years younger than me and seems to be in worse health.
It has been a long time since I mixed anything other than my unflavored with menthol. I found one recipe, but it was not very good. It was with raspberry. Then I experimented and added some peach and Koolada. Still no good. Not sure what I will do, but I am not excited about getting back into it. I suggested he go buy some til I can come up with something he likes so it would take some of the pressure off of me. He has not yet.
If it is like what I make, I love it. I took a big bowl of it to a Christmas party, and there was none left. I just knew I would have some to bring home. I think it is called a Friendship salad. It has golden raisins, sunflower seeds, onion, and bacon. Love it.
It has been one thing after another for the last few weeks. I think this is the first time I have sat down this week and just done nothing.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I have had a very busy but fun one. Perry's grandkids were sick, so we still have to get them their presents. I want to wait until they are all well because I do not want to come down with anything.
Perry likes his Coolfire Z80 nex and his iPhone. I got him a bunch of other things, also, so I think he had a nice Christmas.

It has gotten warm and does not feel like Christmas at all here. We almost took a motorcycle ride, but we were too busy. It was in the 70's and perfect for me. My luck is going to run out, I am sure, but I will enjoy it until it does.

Same salad but I use dried cranberries instead of raisins .
We’re going to DH’s sisters house today then we’ll be done with the Christmas gathering’s hopefully.

Have already gotten a few things done this morning. Woke up at an ungodly hour this morning and am debating whether a nap this early is warranted. I really should get some range time in this weekend. Maybe after the nap.. Or tomorrow morning.. Or.. Wait.. I don't go into work next week. Yeah. It can wait.

Oh, that does sound good. I will try that next time I make it. I really do love this salad. It is a little time-consuming to make, but well worth it.
It does not seem like Saturday to me. It has felt like Sunday to me for several days. What is up with that? Thank goodness I always carry my phone with me, so I check it regularly.
We are staying in tonight, and I am glad about it! We have been going so much that I am ready to spend some time at home. Perry is taking the next week off, but he has a list of things he needs to get done. That does not sound like fun at all.
Perry stopped by a vape store and bought some blue razz ice that he likes. Thank goodness. That takes some of the pressure off of me, but I still have to find a juice he likes. The juice was only $20 for 100 mls. That does not sound bad at all. I know what I make is cheaper, but that is not bad. Sure would be easier on me. I am getting so lazy in my old age.
