One of those where you start one thing, get interrupted and need to do something else which gets interrupted and you go start something else and it starts to look like nothing will get done. It got better and I got it all done in the end but...

Hi guys/gals!! The weekend has officially begun!

Let's see, forgot my keys in DHs truck this morning, used spare but there are no house keys on it. (That's my taco meat/fried rice story ;) ) so I had to wait for the boys to get home to get inside, didn't wait too long. We have a spare, but I refuse to dig for it because uh what if there are spiders.

Kiddo wanted to help make dinner :thumb: so we had breakfast for dinner. French toast/scrambled eggs and sausage. Says he wants to be a chef one day. No time like the present than to learn to cook.

Then he threw an epic tantrum because he's been trying to earn electronic privileges back and did not for his current behavior. Oy vey. Calgon take me away. Remember those commercials? I marched him right upstairs to his room and told him to pick up and find 10 things to donate.

I asked for 10 minutes to sit down and relax and now I'm headed to do some purging/laundry/cleaning myself. This weekend bro and SIL will be joining us for dinner and the house is atrocious. Lasagna this weekend.

Did I mention football is both sat and sun this weeknd  to make up for the first one that got rained out.

As you can tell, I love story telling since sometimes my posts are super long and wordy. ;) hope you all have a great night, will be back when the little turd is in bed. :D

He was moving the problem was both of us had to go in opposite directions a couple times to keep up! We got it done though so it's all good. This afternoon has been so slow...cue the turtles up, we can have a race!o_O

Sara, love your posts, don't apologize for sharing! Yep, I remember the calgon commercials and having boys to raise!

    Good evening lovely lurkers.

Feeling a little better today, but still tired all the time...at least the cough isn't near as bad anymore...still I'm staying home this weekend and I'm looking forward to being home for a little while without family visiting or the granddaughter...will be nice for a change. ;)
