Good morning Lynn :)

I did not know corn is a no no with arthritis or RA.

RA runs in the family. Good to know, should I ever have to deal with it.

There is a long list of foods to avoid than can aggravate inflammation. I don't adhere to it like I should. Sugar is one if the main ones to avoid. I do pretty good avoiding sugar...most of the time. Lol

It's hard and it is in so much stuff! (Sugar)

Turmeric is good [emoji4] I have it in my supplement arsenal. Even convinced hubby to take it daily. It is also a good antioxidant.

There's a turmeric supplement? I'll have to look around for it. I need to get the ingredients to make turmeric shots.

Yes it is. And you really have to start reading labels. Corn is in a lot of foods that you wouldn't think it was in. You also have to avoid corn syrup and corn oil.

 I could give up corn chips but never my corn on the cob. That's awful Lynn, I'm sorry you have to deal with that.

You also, MB.

I've been fortunate no food allergies, or other ailments that require watching what you eat. Except for getting fat. ;) gotta limit the takeout and junk food.

Corn and sugar. :( I never knew. I have an aunt with RA but she is also a diabetic, so she doesn't eat a lot of sugar. But I never would have guessed corn.

Well my liquid lunch is over. Frustrated with coworkers not doing anything, so I left and got an iced capp. Sat in my car vaping with the wind. It's beautiful out here now. Guessing 60ish. Enjoy your afternoons.
You enjoy your afternoon too Sara! I'll be heading off to work soon. :(

Is that a good thing or a bad thing? :p
It would have been good if it had amounted to anything :?:

    Gray and damp here.

Hope you have enough energy for your afternoon, that iced Capp can't possibly take you far

There is Lynn. You can get capsules. It is also more effective with black pepper ingested at the same time. I have a natural vitamin supplement that I take that happens to have black pepper extract added. [emoji4]

    Hi Dale.

Well at least you're having lower temps, so that's a plus. ;)...Have decided to forego the book for right now and going to try and mix up some juice instead. :)
