Oh, THAT'S RIGHT!! :banana::banana:

I completely understand, I do that too. ;)
I am. :) I work three days a week. Monday, Wed., and Fridays...unless for some reason I need to switch days, or work extra. Doesn't happen a lot, but occasionally.

Good morning Joey. Sounds great!!
Hope you have a great day too!

Good morning MB.

...off to get started on my tasks.
Have a great morning all. :) I'll be in and out today.
Hoping I can connect with a friend for lunch, need to vote, wrap some coils, do a couple loads of laundry, maybe pay a couple bills...those are the things that just come to quickly come to mind.
We're heading to Michigan next week for an early Thanksgiving with DH's parents, so I have some extra prep for that I want to get done before the weekend.

Gonna be a busy day for you. Hope you get to connect with your friend. Yay!! Early Thanksgiving! Does that mean you'll celebrate at home too?

Yes, we usually stay home for Thanksgiving, and get together with my brother and his family around Christmas.
I don't have much family that lives nearby anymore...everyone left. :(

That sounds nice. I'm sorry most of your family isn't close by. Sometimes, it's nice to have a quiet holiday but then sometimes it stinks too. :(

We used to travel all over for every holiday the day of. My parents live 20 min from here, but grandpa is another 15 min north of them. DH's family lives in the next county over, about 50 min away from here. It got to be too much especially when kiddo was younger and the weather was bad. So now we host here and both sets of parents come. We visit with gpa a different day.

Now that sweet brother is married (he lives 45 min from here) we have some figuring out to do. :w00t: Sounds like Thanksgiving will be here this year. Phewww!

    Good morning Haunted.

    Good morning Haunted dear!

    Hi Dale and Lori!

I haven't voted yet. This election is like voting for...well...two things that suck. I could make a more eloquent and literary analogy but at the end of the day, it's like voting for two things that really suck. Which do we vote for? Armageddon or the Apocalypse? Cancer or a serious brain injury? Burning or drowning? Buried alive or parachute not opening? Being married to and having to listen to Rosie Perez or Wanda Sykes for the rest of your life? I'm writing in the queens name and hoping we go back under British rule.

Does it really matter Haunted? Either way it's the end of life as we know it!

I'm anxious to get that done. Glad you had no line. Fingers crossed it won't be packed when we go.

    Good afternoon lovely lurkers.

It's a rainy, gloomy day here...perfect day for doing nothing...and I intend to do that to the fullest! :p:lol:

I'm not doing Turkey Day this year...after years and years of making a huge dinner, I finally get the year off...since it's just me and the one boy here, we both decided it wasn't worth it...he'll go to his dad's (well that is if his dad actually sees fit to invite him:facepalm:) and I'll go to the BF's...at least I don't have to do all that cooking! ;)
